Karel studied law and finance at Charles University in Prague. He is an experienced investment professional and a long-time director of Unicredit CAIB Central and Eastern Europe. Advised on major M&A transactions in Eastern Europe, Karel has extensive experience not only in the financial sector, but also with managing real estate and energy investments.
Miroslav studied philosophy, theology, and law at the Pontifical Lateran University in Rome. He holds a doctorate in both civil and ecclesiastical law and has worked as an attorney and legal advisor. In addition, he is active in academia as an expert in Roman law and serves as a judge in the ecclesiastical courts in Augsburg. He is a member of the Sovereign Order of the Knights of Malta, where he holds the position of Honorary Convent Chaplain. Miroslav is an experienced lawyer and a specialist in AML and compliance.
Alistair holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Manchester and the International Investment Advice Certificate from the UK Securities Institute. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Integra Private Wealth, Alistair brings over 30 years of extensive experience in banking and financial investment services. His career has included key roles at Mid-Med Bank, HSBC, and Michael N Trading Co Ltd, where he gained expertise across various sectors. A significant milestone in his professional journey was his tenure with the MFSA.
Kurt studied law at the University of Malta and then at Queen Mary University of London, specialising in law and finance. He started his career in financial services and investment funds where he gained extensive experience in how they are regulated and operated. Kurt has successfully led several large investment projects, including various collective investment structures.
Charmaine graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance and Management in 2002 (B.Com. (Melit)). In 2003, she furthered her studies and obtained an Honours Degree in Management (B.Com. Management (Hons)). She has been working in the financial industry since 2008 and took on the role of Compliance Officer and MLRO in 2019. Charmaine currently acts as the Compliance Officer and MLRO for several companies, including Wenger Capital SICAV PLC.
